[Feature] Rechargable Powered Tools

Something i've noticed with the game is that tools tend to break quite often and you have to make new ones.
So it would be nice once you've gotten far enough into the game, that you would be able to recharge your tools with a Battery? or a Recharge Station in your base that required power.

...Or repair the tools with less materials, in a repair/recharge station
this is just bad design like the pointless durability mechanic. remove it or give them battery requirements. but don't make us make new tools all the bloody time.
Was going to say, the ability to repair tools/weapons would have to be a must from me. Wasting materials on constantly crafting new items with terribly durability is such a waste.
I don't have a problem as such with degrading, but the incomprehensible completely Over Powered part of it, is what frustrates me Beyond my senses.
I just got back from shutting down one, JUST ONE!, Void Seed fighting off six encounters and a few critters.
It took maybe four minutes and in that short amount of time:
- My Security Baton lost to 55%.
- My helmet is down 50%,
- Haz Suit down 100% (gone)
- At least five med gels used.
- One or two void weapons lost (The huge Axe)
Farming all required resources, including farming resources for the haz suit wasted DURING the actual farming, for that one encounter takes like twenty-thirty minutes?
And these Void seeds pop up like every 30 minutes or so?
Come one guys :) I'm into your game and survival crafting in general, but this is a repeating chore with no end it seems.
Imagine if your diamond Pickaxe in MineCraft was lost after five minutes of use.
