[Feature] Add options to break down void weapons

The number of void weapons you get from defeating the corrupted Brachylons creates a significant pile of unusable resources. You're not likely to ever burn through all the weapons you get from those encounters. Two options...

1. Allow void weapons to be broken down in the Data Laboratory for crystal data.
2. Allow void weapons to be refined into void crystals in the Refinery or create a new placeable object that breaks them down.
